A cross-sectional study was conducted to determine the prevalence and assess the level of awareness of dairy farm owners to avoid antimicrobial residues in bulk milk of cattle at Adama town dairy farms. A total of 260 bulk milk samples were randomly collected in the respective study dairy farms. Questionnaire survey was conducted in all the study 26 dairy farm owners. The questionnaire was designed to obtain information on dairy farmers’ knowledge and awareness that may lead to increased milk-borne risk of drug residue. Each milk sample was qualitatively screened for antimicrobial residues (regardless of its type) using the microbial inhibition plat test. A sample was positive if the zone of inhibition was 1cm and above. Out of 260 milk samples analyzed for antimicrobial residue 17(6.5%) were positive and the mean zone of inhibition level was 1.5cm. More than 85.5% of the respondents were not aware of the major managemental activities vital to avoid antimicrobial residues. The presence of drug residues in milk above tolerance level and lack of awareness and/or practical activity on avoidance of antimicrobial residual in the milk attained for human consumption is a public health hazard. Therefore all drugs given to dairy animals must be used for specific disease indications according to label recommendations and withdrawal periods. Giving awareness, teaching and training programs for farm owners and workers can reduce the public health risk of drug residue. Continuous surveillance should also be practiced by authorized governmental body.

Unlike when one can think, it's not true that putting too many things together makes confusion. Confusion is created when many things do not come together rationally. For example, Global warming is nothing more than the fruit of industrialization of many scientific and technological applications without the scientific organization of environmental work, which I call in this article "Environmental Taylorism". This should not be in opposition to the well-known "Industrial Taylorism". The two systems should have traveled together since the advent of the industrial era, improving each other because one seeks the best quality and cost from the commercial point of view and the other from the environmental point of view Unfortunately, compensation did not occur because of the absence of environmental Taylorism that should have been applied by public bodies and world legislators. Today industrial Taylorism has taken over. But we are still in time to save the rescue, if at least the judges of the International Courts of Justice, understand the reasoning of those who have lived half the working life in industrial systems and half in the environmental systems. However, it was not the automatic sum of experiences that led to the proposal of an "Alternative Development Model", but eleven years of strategic inventions studies to link together the two sectors. These studies could only do those who are not tied to any scientific and technological discipline and are not interested in any industrial property, but only in intellectual property. Obviously, if the global public entities continue to pretend not to understand the lesson, those interested in industrial property of these inventions can be done ahead. The important thing must be the global environmental consolidation and the rationalization of all public and private world systems towards a single objective: The survival of the planet, of men and of animals. From these studies emerge clearly what are the many man-made plants to be scraped and replaced. If we have the courage to do so in the shortest possible time, because no new scientific and technological inventions are needed, the consolidation can be started immediately, even by eliminating the cost of fuels.  But the most positive aspect of the new development model is the global logic of all human activity, which as a side effect would not produce pollution and global warming, but the reversal of these processes: Purifying and cooling the planet, and thus preventing droughts, floods, and providing greater means of extinguishing fires. All this can only be produced by interactive energies, which cost almost nothing, work day and night, even at the north pole and dissolve oxygen in waters polluted by the world's worst industrial development.  The aim of this study is to invite global authorities to make better use of scientific knowledge through the scientific organization of work, which would avoid making the wrong public works in dimensions, positions and incomplete work cycles. World public plants should be guided and supported by industrial activities; instead they must learn from them the organization of work. The current mistakes of industrial production, such as thermal motors, chimneys, incomplete purification, are scientific, non-technological errors. Public science and lawmakers should have prevented them. Today, worldwide, it is not possible to cite any prototype model of interactive development that is efficient at the same time in many respects: energy, purification and production. It is necessary to start from scratch by scientifically organizing world work, starting with science, which is not in the process of working with stagnant compartments. This article also contains an original way to solve hunger and work world-wide problems.

What happened to the COP 23 that has just concluded outside the official proclamations? It is hard to know. Certainly, as I mentioned in the previous article, entitled “THE MYSTERIES OF THE INTERACTIVE ENERGY AND DEPURATIONS HIDED BY THE INSTITUTIONS”, they did not talk about interactive energy and purification. As I have already written in the aforementioned article, for the undersigned, the United Nations, instead of organizing the COPs, should teach sovereign states the best method of producing energy and protecting the environment with small demonstration prototypes by drawing on what has been published on the site web http://www.spawhe.eu. However, some breaches in the ruling world class are being created; just think of the "SIF17" parallel conference in an area adjacent to COP23, organized by journalists, managers and politicians who are looking for solutions that are more concrete. Nevertheless, even they I do not think have talked about interactive energy and purification although I have invited organizers to update on this topic by visiting the website http://www.spawhe.eu.

Dear Sirs, judges of the International Courts of Justice, with the utmost respect and trust to your very important function, I send you the likely longest opened letter in history, to denounce the great and widespread international crimes that the hundred and ninety Sovereign States commit daily against themselves, neighboring and distant countries, persevering not to understand that in the face of global warming, there is a need an alternative development model that interacts directly with the carbon cycle that has been altered by current industrial development and energy and purification systems, born long before the Kyoto Protocol and never Changed. Unfortunately, even with the new environmental and energy strategies that are moving forward, it seems that the authorities of the environment and of energy and economy have forgotten how the universal carbon cycle and the Termoaline circulation work. The crime of "omission of acts of office" is the daily bread of all the world's leading authorities environment and energy, and commit it to the output of each chimneys, each exhaust pipe, in every sewer meter, in each thermal plant, fixed and mobile, where the carbon cycle anthropogenic disperses, or degenerates, worsening even more the state of the environment and preventing the development of a sustainable economy. This crime is committed mainly by public science, not investigating sufficiently sustainable economy. With the last invention of the undersigned, named “Aerospatial pressurized hydroelectric transport system with turbofan and compressed air iniection”, I think I have ended my activities of environmental inventor, started in 2006, with the start of my retirement. For this reason I write this letter.

Who asserts that the energy cannot be created from nothing does not include that the compressed air is not "nothing." Unlike battery-powered batteries, compressed air can be clamped in a tight volume and work like a compressed spring that transmits its strength to uncompressible water, which circles a part of the same, entering and exiting from the same volume, by means of a pump with the dual power supply separated until the impeller, which allows this operation by spending very little energy because the water, being incomprehensible, in the rotating impeller, sums the two flow rates with a single pressure, which is that of compressed air. However, it can produce electricity through a hydraulic turbine under the thrust of compressed air imprisoned that is not consumed. Since the energy produced by the turbine (which depends on compressed air pressure) is hundreds of times higher than that consumed by the pump (which recycles the water inside the accumulated volume), this system is fully autonomously energized and only needs of a small starter battery, which opens the solenoid valve that supplies the water in the turbine with compressed air force. But this system is much cheaper and cleaner than thermal motors and battery cars and can not be compared even with cars that are running on the market that work with compressed air (pneumatic engines) by consuming the compressed air accumulated in Tanks, which need to be recharged by consuming electricity, such as battery cars, and therefore cost more and have little autonomy. Obviously, hydroelectric power generators with water recycled pressurized with air can be mounted on all moving and mobile working vehicles, including aerospace aircraft.  Where, to travel in the atmosphere, we have to move very large volumes of air, creating vacuum around the aircraft and exploiting Newton's reaction principle. While for space travel it is sufficient only the amount of compressed air, stored in tanks in the aircraft that is entered in small doses in the thrust electric turbofans. Obviously, the flight system proposed by the Earth's atmosphere is much safer than the current one, but requires much higher energies. It can only be achieved with energy that does not cost anything and does not produce pollution, such as compressed hydroelectric power.

Science has established that perpetual motion does not exist. He should also have asserted that the existence of perpetual motion, however, would be useless because it would not consume and would not produce energy. Instead, in hydraulic systems, only by changing the way of feeding the pumps you can circumvent the gravitational force and the hydrostatic pressure. Therefore, we can create plants that go far beyond perpetual motion, producing energy in a hydraulic turbine, tens or hundreds of times higher than that consumed by the centrifugal pump that feeds them. But the pump must have a separate double supply until to the impeller.  With the plants and pumps correctly designed, the energy would multiply due to the combined effect of Pascal and Torricelli proportionally to the hydrostatic pressure of the plant and also multiply the purifying effect on the circulating water, due to the law of Henry. The above pumps must only turn as normal circulation pumps to overcome the inertia with a very low prevalence, as in a closed system. They must not challenge the hydrostatic pressures that are not opposed to the internally developed kinetic energy, nor must they overcome the gravitational forces to pass through the system, since the pumps with the double feed separated up to the impeller, have the power to connect an open system which produces energy to a closed one that continuously recycles water inside the accumulated volume. Therefore, the water that produced the electrical energy in the turbine, through the second supply of the pump, fits again into the volume of the closed recycling circuit, as if it had never come out of the pressurized tank. Obviously, these systems, with the appropriate pressures, can replace all the thermal engines, the thermal power plants and the nuclear ones without using fossil fuels, chemical or radioactive metals, producing powers not inferior, since the compressed air has no compression limits and the water which does not compress and which has an eight hundred times higher density can circulate one-way in the system pushed by the air pressure, recovered after the turbine and reinserted into the circuit by the recycling pump with the double feed in an infinite cycle.  This system only consumes the plant wear, so it is not perpetual motion, but has a very high performance by exploiting the raw material supplied free by nature, physical principles legislated in the sixteenth century and the current technology, not fully developed, lacking just the aforementioned circuit that the undersigned has developed in different versions. The principle on which these systems work is as follows: two volumes of water cannot occupy the same space at the same time, with the same pressure. If we insert excess water into a recycle circuit of a full pressurized tank with compressed air or atmospheric pressure, this water is immediately expelled from overflow or from a safety valve with the force of the hydrostatic pressure due to the atmosphere or compressed air. If we reach a balance between the water entering and the one coming out of the tank, the level in the pressurized tank does not change, therefore the volume of air contained and the pressure of the same do not change either. However, the water continues to come out with the static pressure of the system, which is much higher than the prevalence of the pump that inserted it into the circuit, having used the only point where water can enter low pressure which is the center of the impeller, but after balancing the pressures with the other power supply, which does not exist today. This means that the static air pressure (Pascal) gives the water the output speed that passes through the turbine (Torricelli) and that the pump with the double separate power supply, must only fill the vacuum created in the system instant by instant. In fact, if the water does not leave the circuit (to be consumed or produce electricity) the recycle pump with the double separate power supply, being in low prevalence does not have sufficient strength to let the water enter, having to win in this case even the air pressure.  Not having modified the pumps and not having realized the connected circuits that could be done at the beginning of the industrial era was the biggest mistake of world science. It has produced more damage to humanity and the environment of world wars and mafias. Today, the public debt of the industrialized countries has become unbearable because of all the wrong energy and purification plants, while the most important multinationals have to change the production of the main products (cars, trucks, airplanes, trains, ships, vehicles, agricultural, pumps, turbines) We do not need methane pipelines and gases if we extract energy with hundreds of times less costs, comfortably, where we find ourselves when we need it. Also at the North Pole. It is obvious that science, the world authorities of the environment and energy, the global land transport, marine and aerospace industry, together with the manufacturers of pumps and engines of all types, solar panels and wind turbines, they pretend they do not understand. Those who do not really understand are the politicians, the economists, the legislators, the judges, who do not know what the real source of wealth, public debt, pollution is, that they live and manage every day. Therefore, they continue to make their electoral campaigns, economic programming, laws and sentences, without knowing the real backstory, which no one goes to tell at the international meetings.  Until we have to witness the triumph of Machiavellism which is nothing but scientific, industrial, political, economic ignorance?  Where are the UNITED NATIONS and international justice that should be vigilant? In large industrial companies it has been demonstrated that the scientific organization of work does not make mistakes: it serves to select the best solutions in all the production sectors. Why has it not been applied globally even for purification and energy production?  It is no coincidence that the undersigned has lived half the working life to learn the organization of industrial work, the other half to know the public environmental and
