Abstract

Behavior of heat and mass transfer of MHD flow towards a rotating cone in porous medium with Thermophoresis and Brownian motion effects has been investigated. The governing partial differential equations are converted into nonlinear ordinary differential equations and then solved numerically by using famous method Nactsheim-Swigert  shooting technique with sixth order Runge-Kutta Method. The influence of non-dimensional governing parameters on velocity, temperature and concentration profiles are determined with the help of graphs. Results proved that the thermophoresis and Brownian motion parameters can control the heat and mass transfer rates. And also a raise in porosity parameter and buoyancy parameter enhances the heat and mass transfer rate. Simultaneously, the inverse Darcy number resists the flow to cross over to the porous side.
