The present paper study micro-watershed of the sweta nadi environment origin from northern portion of kolli hills with flowing towards south-eastern side via valakombai, Salem and perambalur district using Remote sensing and GIS. The sweta nadi originated in the northern portion of the kolli hills and it is drain via seradi, valakombai, Thamampatti and their adjoin places. The river flowing on the western-eastern portion with length of 98.5 km and breath is 34.1 km. The study concentrated includes the sub-watershed wise study through Remote sensing techniques and GIS.
The present paper deals with the determination of temperature change, displacement and thermal stresses in a thin annular disc defined by with internal heat generation. Heat dissipates by convection from inner circular surface ( and outer circular surface (. Also, initially the annular disc is at arbitrary temperature  Here we modify Kulkarni et al. (2008) for homogeneous heat convection along radial direction. The governing heat conduction equation has been solved by the method of integral transform technique. The results are obtained in a series form in terms of Bessel’s functions. The results for temperature change, displacement and stresses have been computed numerically and illustrated graphically.
In this paper we investigate and studied some of the basic properties such as m – semi open, M-irresolute and M-totally clopen continuous functions on m-space. Moreover we characterize certain properties of M-irresolute and M-totally clopen continuous functions.
This paper consider the problem of strength of a manufactured item facing Lindley distributed stress and power function distribution as strength in a different prospective i.e. by finding the relationship among the parameters of these distributions. Further, it has been shown that how these results can be utilized to get optimum cost when the cost function is linear in terms of parameters.

ABSTRACT: An analysis is carried out to study the nonlinear MHD flow with heat and mass transfer characteristics of an electrically conducting, incompressible, viscous and Boussinesq fluid over a vertical oscillating porous permeable plate in presence of homogeneous chemical reaction of first order and thermal radiation effects. Here considered fluid is a gray, absorbing/emitting radiation, but a non-scattering medium. At time  , the plate temperature and concentration levels near the plate raised linearly with time. An approximate numerical solution for the flow problem has been obtained by solving the governing boundary layer equations using a closed analytical method. It has been found that, the fluid velocities as well as concentration profiles were decreased when the chemical reaction parameter increased. An increase in conduction radiation parameter is found to escalate temperatures and shear stress in the regime. Applications of the study arise in materials processing and solar energy collector systems.Â
A sequence of independent lifetimes X1,......, Xm, Xm+1,......, Xn were observed from two-parameter Weibull distribution with probability density function f(x, Â but later it was found that there was a change in the system at some point of time m and it is reflected in the sequence after Xm by change probability mass function f(x, .The Bayes estimators of m , Â are derived. The effects of correct and wrong prior information on the Bayes estimates are studied.
A related fixed point theorem for two pairs of mappings on two metric spaces satisfying integral type inequality is obtained. The result extends a result of  R.K. Namdeo, N.K. Tiwari, B. Fisher and K. Tas [5].

A real  matrix is said to be –matrix if its principal minors are non-negative and all its non-diagonal entries are non-positive. In this project, we consider the –matrix completion problem. It is shown that any digraph with less than four directed lines which is not a cycle has –completion. It is further shown that digraph of  matrix with less than four directed lines which is a cycle does not have –completion.
