The Effects of Intellectual Capital on firm Performance in Exporting Companies

Abstract

The main purpose of this research is investigating the effects of intellectual capital on firm performance in exporting companies in the development center of Science and Technology Park of Mashhad. Statistical population of the study includes 460 managers of exporting companies in the development center of Science and Technology Park of Mashhad, out of which the study sample has been randomly selected among the top-level and middle-level managers of these companies. To collect data, library sources and document mining have been used to explore the literature. The data was analyzed using Smart PLS and SPSS software’s. The results show that There is no significant relationship between structural capital and firm performance. Furthermore, innovation capacity has a positive influence on firm performance.
