Logistics is an important service sector in the overall structure of the national economy, playing a supporting, connecting and promoting socio-economic development of the whole country as well as each locality. Therefore, logistics service providers need to deeply understand the important factors in managing the quality of logistics services in order to achieve success. This study analyses and assesses in detail the current situation of quality management of logistics service providers in Vietnam, providing solutions to help these enterprises improve their performance.
