Promoting the Construction of Scientific and Technological Innovation System in Universities with the Guide of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era

Abstract

The construction of scientific and technological innovation system in universities depends on stimulating the vitality of
science and technology and promoting the development of science and technology. Therefore, we must find out the
outstanding problems in the development of scientific and technological innovation in Universities. Following the Guide
of the Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we should promote the construction
of scientific and technological innovation system in Universities from five aspects: innovative idea, innovative system and
mechanism, innovative platform construction, innovative human resources development and evaluation of innovative
achievements.
