Abstract

World Health Organization(WHO) and public health regimes around world are state lawful action to contain the COVID-19 happening. The concept is new to majority of the employees, as the Corona virus pandemic situation has forced almost all the employees of all the sectors to work from home for the first time. As the employees are experiencing new environment, this paper attempts to and out the experience of the employees in working from home when compared to Working in ofice. WHO announced there is broad risk of the 2019 corona virus disease (COVID-19) extended to another countries allover the world. Long term happening cannot be interpreted over for recognized. Each sections of association with businesses organization, Information Technology and BPO, Education institution, Public and private sector must plan of action function if we are to stop the spread of this diseases. Work at home during covid 2019 has some positive and negative effects on employees progress outcomes also technical issues. Our study found that employee perception of work from home on job satisfaction level during covid-19 pandemic situation and challenges faced by employees while covid -19 pandemic situation.
