Abstract

In the serve competitive environment, customers’ satisfaction is the decisive factor for the existence and development of a tourist destination. A destination would gain many benefits and win other destinations and develop sustainably if number of loyal guests is growing. The satisfaction of tourists will help build customer loyalty. This study was conducted to analyze factors affecting the attractions of foreign tourists to community ecotourism destinations in the Mekong Delta. 396 visitors with 32 observed variables were surveyed to determine the factors affecting the attractions of foreign tourists to community ecotourism destinations in the Mekong Delta. The study results showed those 5 factor groups were affected as follows: particular attraction, Behavioral Control Perception, local residents, natural ecological conditions, facilities - infrastructure. After analyzing the data, main objectives of this study were to obtain: First, identify the factors affecting the attractions of foreign tourists to community ecotourism destinations in the Mekong Delta. Second, determine the priority order of the impact degree of factors influencing the attractions of foreign tourists to community ecotourism destinations in the Mekong Delta. Third, propose solutions to enhance the attractions of foreign tourists to community ecotourism destinations in the Mekong Delta.
