This study inherits research oriented toward knowledge transfer, from the viewpoints of “organizational demography†and “organizational culture†to probe the three following questions: (1) Will the status of demographic structure have any effect on the knowledge transfer performance? (2) Will organizational culture have any effect on the knowledge transfer performance? (3) Will organizational culture change the correlation that the status of demographic structure has toward knowledge transfer? In order to answer the aforementioned questions, this study samples a total of 260 listed companies in Taiwan. The number of effective questionnaires is 1,282 which apply Hierarchy Regression Model to carry out the validation. The empirical results show: Organizational demography factors have no correlation with the knowledge transfer performance. In comparison, bureaucratic organizational culture, supportive organizational culture and innovative organizational cultural have higher performance in knowledge transfer. Organizational culture will change the correlation that organizational demography has toward the knowledge transfer performance.
