Objective: In Sickle Cell anemia, fever is a common presenting symptom and is frequently the first indication of serious and life-threatening bacterial infection. Infection is a significant contributor to morbidity and mortality in Sickle Cell anemia.

 High prevalence of Sickle Cell anemia & lack of study  in central India showing causes of fever in them, we studied various causes of fever in patients with Sickle Cell anemia and to provide data which will help to reduce morbidity and mortality by early intervention in patients of Sickle Cell disease.

Methods: This was a cross sectional observational study which contains 163 patients of Sickle Cell anemia(SS) presenting with fever  in the age group between 6 months to 12 years. All cases were investigated with CBC, blood culture, urine examination, chest x-ray, Blood and Urine Culture and other investigations as indicated.

Result: Amongst 163 cases enrolled, most common system to involve was respiratory system(44%), followed by gastrointestinal system(24%) and genitourinary system(8%). In these Pneumonia was the most common clinical diagnosis(23%).

Conclusion:  We concluded that, the respiratory system was the most common one to get involved in a patients of sickle cell anaemia presenting with fever and  pneumonia was the most common diagnosis in it.

Education Qualification wise it was found that most of 50% staff is 12th pass.

Background: Sleep Loss increase sensitivity and hence increases the experience of pain. Tension of Sleep loss is also painful. One of the reason of sleep loss on pain shows the association between sleep and pain.

Material and Method:  Lot of statistical data is available on various artherticwebpage. Peer reviewed research papers and survey results has taken into account. Tedfalk and webinar discussion are important for searching guidelines. Workshop and symposium published papers are also part of the discussion we have taken book chapters as a working guideline

Result:  The sleep loss and pain, in language of mathematics, not function but functional.

Conclusion: There is strong function relation between loss of sleep and pain brain mechanism also proved in laboratory fram and patient’s serves and opinions. Medication, physiotherapy can give result but it varies from person to person

Background: Sports and recreational-related injuries include injuries to the spine, peripheral nerves, and the neuromuscular system: Though it may rarely, traumatic brain injures of more significant serenity. Almost 10% of all neurological injuries are sports injuries. Many sports events and training are under specialist supervision; a medical professional is available at the site or the hospital. The majority (63%) did not receive any formal or informal training in sports neurology- a subspecialty of neurology.

Materials and Methods: Systematic search of electronic databases has been performed. Peer review research papers, talks, seminar reports, symposium talks, workshop discussions, all reported events, and only English language materials are considered.

Results: If a professional physiotherapist or doctor is present at the event site, in most cases, a neurological problem should be detected and referred immediately. However, that's not the scenario for many events. Important points related to this issue have been made with the example of five major incidences. Some primary but straightforward care steps are suggested. 

Conclusion: Primary objective of this review is to provide a summary of neurological injuries during sports. 0.47% of 1000 sports injuries are deadly, and most of them are neurological. With strict implementation of modern equipment and precautions, and timely treatment, the injuries' seriousness could be minimized. Additionally, sports neurology is a new and developing subject; hence it could include the help of primary care, physician, pediatrician, physical medicine, sports medicine and surgeons, as well as athletic trainers.

The cutaneous schwannoma is uncommon and accounts for 5% of schwannomas. They are slow growing, mostly benign tumours that develop within the dermis of the skin or subcutaneous tissues. Cutaneous schwannomas can be present in the head and neck but growth in the region of parotid gland is not usual and can lead to diagnostic confusion as the parotid gland can also develop schwannomas.  We now present the case of a 19 year-old female who presented with a right sided facial mass in the parotid region. Initial tru cut biopsy confirmed the presence of Antoni A and Antoni B type areas with immunochemistry staining positive for S-100. A diagnosis of a parotid schwannoma was made. However, intra-operatively, the mass was found to lie above the superficial musculo-aponeurotic system and a revised diagnosis of a cutaneous schwannoma was made. Observation is the mainstay of treatment. However, surgical resection is performed if the patient has pain, structural dysfunction, cosmetic concerns of if the tumour is malignant. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy have limited roles in management.
