CONTEXT
Tracheal intubation using direct laryngoscopy(DL) is successful in the majority of patients, even when a line-of-sight view of the glottis is not possible. Poor glottic visualization is encountered between 1% and 9% of attempts.
This study was designed to determine the comparative effectiveness of the Videolaryngoscope compared with direct laryngoscopy in the predicted difficult airway. Our hypothesis was that using Vivid tracVideolaryngoscopy results in a higher intubation success compared with direct laryngoscopy in this challenging patient population.
Objectives of the study: a. Primary objective – Intubation success at first attempt
Methodology
The data for study is collected from subjects fulfilling inclusion/exclusion criteria and inpatients .
Study design: A hospital based prospective, randomized, two parallel arm clinical study.
Results:
VDL(94%) has more intubation success rate at first attempt than DL(78.7%), Laryngoscopy time for VDL took 49.21 seconds whereas DL was 32.99 seconds. External maneuvers were used only for DL (5.3%) whereas VDL did not require any(0%); videolaryngoscope showed better Cormack lehane view.
Conclusion: A diverse group of anesthesia providers achieved a higher intubation success rate on first attempt with the Vividtrac in a broad range of patients with predictors of difficult intubation. Vividtrac laryngoscope offers a new approach to tracheal intubation of patients at increased risk for tracheal intubaton with lesser degree of hemodynamic stimulation compared to Macintosh laryngoscope.

There are more than 50 Standard guidelines of general surgery by different institutes, governments and associations. Though the major guidelines does not include low and middle income countries.
AIM :
The aim of this study is to develop global guideline for general surgery in short form that are applicable across all hospitals and health care systems.
MATERIALS AND METHODS:
We consider medical literatures of standard general surgery guidelines as shown in Table
RESULTS:
Author of this paper tries to summarize and in brief form of all standard general surgery guideline so student and policy maker could have essay form of single guideline for general surgery.
CONCLUSIONS:
All guidelines for safe surgery are based on evidence and experience based recommendations May surgical safety checklist differ slightly because of environmental, socio-economical conditions are different. For all most all surgical guidelines are based on WHO’s surgical safety guidelines. All most all guidelines contains 1. Highly recommended. 2 recommended and 3. Suggestion parts. Special cases are as in important paints.
Aspergilloma is a fungus ball containing aspergillus hyphae with mucus and cellular debris and considered a type of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis as a result of colonization of preexixting lung cavity with aspergillous species. in this article will present a case of Aspergilloma along with the dicussion of causes, presentation, diagnosis and treatment in immunocompromised patient.
Introduction: This paper presents a case of a 22-year-old female from continental Europe, who was suffering from PCOS symptoms and hormonal shifts, availed distal YPV healing sessions online by joining a Healing camp organized by a group of healers based in India, with successful results.
Method: This study used in-depth case study method, going through patient case history, healer’s documents of healing intervention, and detailed patient feedback.
Results: After attending the 1st day of the 5-day healing camp, the patient got her periods resumed after 2years with normal flow. Her acne, much of cramps and pain during periods reduced considerably after the 2nd day of healing. On the 4th day of healing, she felt very light, grounded, very relaxed, clear minded and full of positive energy. Other improvements, such as reduced facial hair, acne and depression. were found through the month-long distal healing intervention,
Conclusions: YPV distal healing protocols have been established as successful treatment methods of cure for many types of diseases, both as complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), as is evident from this case as well as several other documented and published literature. There is immense scope for further research using appropriate sample size and methodology to study this phenomenon further. Recommendations include training medical and frontline healthcare personnel in using low-cost no-drug YPV healing protocols to complement their treatment efforts including sustaining their own health.
