The Autonomic Balance is a theoretically logical and empirically observed digital asset,
discovered in the first principles of objective and subjective existential nature of all digitally animate and
animated things in cancer. Via subjectively secured cryptographic methods, an Autonomic Balance imparts
a unique view of an objective realm within its compliant organs. Conditions arise under which any such
tumor can be self-governed (whether self-animate or otherwise automated). An Autonomic Balance is a
logically and exclusively secure method for establishing general autonomy in cancer realm. Its discovery is
insightful for further application of operative intuition, subconscious compensation and unconscious
prospection of a realm by self-animate, automated and realm-governing actors of cancer.
Longtime observations show that epidemical situation in Republic of Armenia has been
and d continues to be difficult /problematic/, particularly in ters of intestinal infections. The natures
of infectious deseases as well as their epidemiological patterns have been changed.
Revelation of the periodicity and the anpalysis of the peaks in frequency will help us to make possible
previssions and insert goal-orientation into the epidemiological control.
Taking into consideration etiological, clinical and epidemiological features of intestinal infections during
the constal analysis of intestinal infection deseases /1977-2011/ over the separate infections of intestinal
group. We use the method of spectral analysis of the group of harmony and time /variation.
We have used the spectral analysis method of the time-series to clarify real epidemiological pattern and to
make predictions, and with the help of Byui-Balo's hidden frequency's revelation method we have redused
the probability of a possible error bringing the resulted frequency close to the real, natural biorythm.
Spectral analysisyears of time series, which characterize the avute intestinal infections, overoll morbidity of
34 years allows us to conform /establish/ multirythmical characteristics of epidemiological dynamics. It
turns out, that there is a specific periodicity for the deseases of intestinal group with separate nozological
gorms.
Thus, theoretically, with the help of the above mentioned method, the following periodicity has been
received for the total group of intestinal deseases with /- (3,1+2,8) – (3,8+2,2) - 5 - 4,6 - 2,2 - 5,1 - 2,1 - 2,3
–year interval, which coincides with the practice activities with - 6 - 6 - 5 - 5 - 2 - 5 - 2 - 2 – regularity.
The investigated regularities predict approximate, probable periods /times/ of the risk. It is well known, that
the periodic increase and decrease of the morbidity is different for the different germs of the infections of
intestinal group. It also has different subspecies of the germ .
It should be noted that increases /peaks/ and falls have general tendency to decrease and stabilize for the all
intestinal infections in terms of cumulative, namely there are on a lower level, comparate with the previous
periodicity.
Biological cycle also depends on climatic factors associated with the improvement of conditions for
development of the germ.
Using spectral analysis of time series, risk periods of intestinal separate infections were determined for
Gyumri, which will be if not flashing, then probably years of high morbidity. According to previsions made
by us, the frequency of separate infections has the following schedule:
Only permanent moniitoring and current and deep epidemiological research gives the opportunity to reveal
distinct epidemiological regularities.
Computer mapping programs, especially Arc View GIS geographical informational system gives such an
opportunity. With the help of digital maps resulted from this program, it is possible to get regional and
allocation of infections, prevalence of indicators. it's also possible to determine the extent of contamination,
which gives the opportunity to make epidemic measures intentional and effective to save means and
resources.
Background: In the process of walking, the foot plays a role in supporting the body weight. Due to continuously withstand the weight; a person will experience foot pain aggravated by the use of improper shoe size. Foot anthropometric data acts as reference in the manufacture of orthotics and shoes with appropriate size while Indonesia still does not have a foot anthropometric data. The purpose of this study is to describe foot anthropometric in high school students in Bandung in order to get the fitted shoes. Methods: The study was performed using observational descriptive method in eighty one students with range age 16–18 years in regionally different three senior high school in Bandung in November 2014. Results: The mean of foot and ankle anthropometry student senior high school in bandung in 2014 are 25.75 cm for Foot Length, 18.82 cm for Ball of Foot Length, 21.57 cm for Outside Ball of Foot Length, 9.70 cm for Foot Breadth Diagonal, 5.43 for Heel Breadth, 6.00 cm Navicular Height, 6.62 cm for Instep Height and 5.06 for Heel to Lateral Malleolus. Conclusion: This anthropometric data helps footwear industry to determine the design and size for the shoe in Indonesia.
Situs inversus is an anatomical configuration in which the organ arrangement is upside down compared solitus sites. Situs inversus is a rare congenital disorder. CT scan is a modality of choice for a definite diagnosis of situs inversus. The diagnosis of situs inversus is carried out using segmental approach with 3 segments notation of Van Praagh, which includes determining the visceroatrial sites, directions ventricular-loop and position toward large vessels. A case was reported that a male, age 19 years, with a chief complaint of shortness of breath, has been diagnosed with situs inversus and examined with MDCT. The test results showed the diagnosis of situs inversus, levo-loop, levo-malposition of great vessels (I, L, L-MGV) with atrioventricular concordance and morphologic double outlet on the right ventricle. Additionally, the image also showed subaortic ventricular septal defect and sub valvular pulmonic stenosis with dilatation of the stenotic post on the main pulmonary artery and the main branch of the pulmonary artery bilateral proximal portion. Several other abnormalities were also found, including pericardial effusion, dilation of the right hepatic vein, the media and the left hepatic vein as well as obstruction to the flow of the contrast in the superior vena cava and inferior and azygos veins that with dilatation of the morphologic right atrium and morphologic right ventricle which is likely due to heart failure, as well as anomalies of descendens aorta. Situs inversus imaging using 128-MDCT scans are important to be performed for intra-operative details such as visceral organs position, the apex of the heart, and the branches of the large blood vessels and error in identification of disordered structure can be avoided.
