Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to review the main theoretical and methodological and instrumental approaches of school management. It assumes that there is an urgent need to change the transcend dental paradigm in the administration of a school. This will be achieved by proposing an alternative model, which is based primarily on a systemic approach, including the effectiveness as an indicator of high impact, and that the current model does not include.
