The objective of this is to determine the factors that mainly affect turnover intention of employees in commercial banks in Malaysia. It also helps to understand in-depth about the variables and factors that may affect the turnover intentions of employees that could help to overcome and reduce employees’ turnover in this particular area.
Brands in the past have gone through suffering with others even dying in Ghana. Though, existing literature considered the causes of brand decline and revitalization of brands in Ghana and beyond, it limits itself to only the product brands. This paper explores the understanding of the causes of service brand decline and the strategies for revitalizing them. In order to address these objectives effectively, a qualitative approach was used with in-depth interviews with people who have had extensive experience in managing service brands. The CEO of the Intercity STC and the Marketing Director of Vodafone Ghana Limited were selected in a purposive sampling for this study. The study found that the causes of brand decline arise from the management own actions and inactions; changes in the marketing environment; competition; and the absence of marketing communication. Recommended strategies for revitalizing a fading brand are increasing the depth and breadth of awareness; improving the brand image and repositioning the brand in the market.
Food quality is by all accounts acknowledged as a central part to fulfil restaurant customers; be that as it may, it has been regularly ignored in restaurant benefit quality and satisfaction contemplates. The essential target of this review was to examine how food quality is seen in connection with satisfaction and behavioural intentions in mid-to-upscale restaurants. This review additionally endeavoured to distinguish which properties among food-related qualities are basic in enhancing satisfaction and uplifting return to goal. This review demonstrates that general food quality fundamentally influences customer satisfaction and behavioural intentions. Consequent regression analysis showed that taste and introduction were the two biggest donors to customer satisfaction and behavioural intentions. In this manner, supervisors ought to focus on the key food quality properties that evoke customer satisfaction and upgrade return visits in the restaurant business.
Managing working capital in a manufacturing organization is an important aspect. It measures the company ability to pay off short-term liabilities. The management of working capital effects on the primary objective (earning profit) of the organization. This motivated the researchers to study the “effect of Working Capital Management on the Financial Performance of Manufacturing Firms in Sultanate of Omanâ€. The study period is 10 years and data have been collected from 19 manufacturing companies listed in MSM. Mean, standard deviation, correlation and regression are used in this research to analyse the effect of working capital in the profitability among the sample firms. The study concludes that the debtor management, inventory management, creditor management and cash conversion cycle negatively effects on the financial performance of listed manufacturing firms in Sultanate of Oman over the 10 years period.
Cooperative societies are basically formed for the socio-economic wellbeing of their members. These members are instrumental in starting or keeping the cooperative business going and attain their goals only by working together. The conceptual framework mainly focuses on the influence of external factors on member’s participation; value added services and members expectations. The theoretical framework will provide an additional insights in to how the cooperative marketing societies should improve value added services and member participation  by reducing the influence on external factors with respect to small rubber growers in Kerala.
