Mozambique is located on the East Coast of Africa. In this country, obesity, poor knowledge regarding diabetes, and a lack of awareness of the complications of dia-betes are prevalent. Furthermore, most of the population utilizes traditional healers for the treatment of diabetes. There are unhealthy food habits, a sedentary lifestyle in the urban population, and increased economic growth among office-related professions, which is one of the risk factors that cause diabetes and its complications. Currently, no study has been conducted for patients on the effects of education in various modal-ities of diabetes. Accordingly, there is an extreme need to educate diabetic patients to improve their control of diabetes and to reduce its complications. Adequate med-ical management and proper lifestyle measures should start directly at the time of the diagnosis of diabetes, which can result in the diabetic individual living a life just as cheerful as that of a non-diabetic person. However, this objective requires proper counselling of the patient specifically at the time of diagnosis, which can be achieved by well-planned educational programs that target the newly diagnosed diabetic indi-vidual and create awareness about diabetes. In central hospital Nampula in diabetic OPD, three education sessions were organized, at an interval of one month (baseline, first follow up and second follow up). Each participant was evaluated in each session regarding their BMI, blood pressure, plasma glucose, cholesterol concentrations. The statistical analysis showed strong significantly positive correlation effects with glucose to BMI, blood pressure, cholesterol on controlling each of these parameters. Prior to the commencement of the baseline education session, an evaluation of the evolution of patient knowledge regarding diabetes mellitus (the pretest) was performed. At the end of the second follow up, a posttest was performed, which showed strong significant increases in the knowledge of diabetes.

The article focuses on a thorough description of the career after retiring of
former athletes currently living and working in Ho Chi Minh City. The results
showed that the rate work in sports in the former athletes is not high. Employee,
Self-employed, Physical education teachers are the top 3 most chosen
professions. Some strenuous and unstable jobs such as mason, motorbike taxi
are also selected. The author hopes that this result will be a useful reference
source in building support programs for athletes in general and athletes who
have retired in particular.

Background: Stress is an important issue within nursing teaching staff and it
is difficult to find agreement among those who are expert in the area regarding
a concise definition of stress. Nevertheless stress is seen as a negative feeling
affecting people's health either physically and/or psychologically. Stress and
decision making are intricately connected on the behavioral and the neural
level; work stress has impact on teaching staff decision. The aim of the study:
the study aimed to assess impact of occupational stress program on decision
making among teaching staff members. Research design: A quasi-
experimental design was utilized in this study. Setting: the study was
conducted in the faculty of nursing at Suez Canal University. Subject: all
teaching staff members working in 6 different scientific departments in the
previous study setting. Tools of the study: Three tools were used to conduct
this study; tool (I): occupational stress questionnaire which was used to assess
stress level, tool (II): observation checklist which was used to assess
occupational stressors and tool (III): decision making scale to assess decision
making steps; data was collected from beginning July 2017 December 2018.
Results: The study revealed that about half of the studied group had high stress
level in preprogram with a slight decrease in post immediate and a high
decrease in follow-up (12.3%). About two third of the studied group had made
decision steps preprogram with slightly increased in post program, and
followed by high increased (91.3%) in follow-up. conclusion: There was
statistically significant improvement in teaching staff occupational stress level,
with significant improvement in decision making before and after the
implemented program, There was statistically significant relation between
effect of occupational stress on decision making among teaching staff members
(P value=.004) Recommendation: Providing periodic training in effective
cognitive strategies concerning healthy stress reducers, and providing
comprehensive training courses about communication, conflict resolution and
team building to reduce occupational stress.

Introduction: Tuberculosis remains a major public health burden in
developing countries such as Madagascar. The results knowledge of the
instituted treatment constitute a capital step in the management of this
pathology. The objective of our study is to evaluate the results of tuberculosis
management in the Fenoarivo hospital. Methodology: This is a retrospective,
descriptive study evaluating the results of tuberculosis treatment notified at the
diagnosis and management center of the Fenoarivo University Hospital during
the period from Jan 01,2012 to December, 31 2016.
Result: During our study, 1911 patients were included with a male
predominance (sex ratio of 1.79). The patients average age were 37.87 years
old. Pulmonary tuberculosis is prevalent (67.66%) regarding to extra-
pulmonary tuberculosis (32.34%). Therapeutic success, death, failure and
dropped out of treatment rates were 89%, 3%, 1% and 7% respectively. Death
and dropped out of treatment occur mainly during the first and second months
